The Short Version
TitleForge AI processes everything on your device. No page content, no titles, no descriptions, and no personal information is ever sent to any server. We don’t collect it, we don’t store it remotely, and we don’t share it.
1. What TitleForge AI Does
TitleForge AI is a Chrome extension that helps bloggers, SEO specialists, content marketers, Shopify store owners, and agencies generate optimised meta titles and meta descriptions for web pages. Optimisation is performed using Gemini Nano, Google’s on-device AI model built into Chrome, or a local keyword-based algorithm when Gemini Nano is not available. In both cases, all processing occurs entirely on your computer.
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, transmit, store, or share:
- Any page content you enter or extract
- Any meta titles or descriptions generated
- Any target keywords, tones, or settings you configure
- Your browsing history or the URLs of pages you visit
- Any personally identifiable information
- Any analytics or usage telemetry
3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data is stored only in your browser’s local storage (chrome.storage.local and chrome.storage.sync) and never leaves your device except as described in Section 4:

You can clear all locally stored data at any time from the Settings tab within the extension.
4. Payment Processing (ExtPay)
Paid subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) are handled by ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com), a third-party payment processor for Chrome extensions. When you choose to upgrade:
- You are redirected to a secure hosted checkout page on
extensionpay.com - Payment is processed by Stripe via ExtensionPay
- TitleForge AI receives only a confirmation of your payment status (paid: yes/no) and your plan nickname
- TitleForge AI does not receive or store your credit card details, billing address, or any financial information

5. Permissions Explained

We do not use any permissions to monitor your browsing, track your behaviour, or access pages you haven’t explicitly opened the extension on.

No advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers receive any information from TitleForge AI.
7. Children’s Privacy
TitleForge AI is a professional productivity tool intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
