1. About This Extension

Free Daily Nature/Landscape Photos BlissVista ("BlissVista", "the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension published by darkmessiah0071. The Extension displays nature and landscape photographs sourced from the Pexels API, with optional premium features available through ExtensionPay.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

BlissVista does not collect, transmit, or store:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Browsing history or activity on other websites
• Location data
• Device identifiers or fingerprinting data
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Crash reports or error logs sent to external servers

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

BlissVista stores the following data exclusively in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local). This data never leaves your device:

• Your Pexels API key — stored locally so you do not need to re-enter it
• Seen photo IDs — to prevent showing you the same photo twice
• Favorite photos — if you are on a paid plan and save favorites
• Daily usage count — to enforce the free tier's 10-vista-per-day limit
• Your selected category and theme preference
• Popup size preference — your chosen window dimensions

You can clear all of this data at any time by removing the extension or using the "Reset seen list" option in Settings.

4. Third-Party Services

4a. Pexels

BlissVista fetches photographs from Pexels using their public API. When you click "New Vista", the Extension makes a request to api.pexels.com using your own Pexels API key. Pexels may log API requests in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. BlissVista does not share any personal information with Pexels.

4b. ExtensionPay (Payments)

Premium plan purchases are handled by ExtensionPay, which processes payments through Stripe. When you upgrade, you interact directly with ExtensionPay's secure payment page. BlissVista only receives a confirmation of whether your account is on a paid plan — no payment card details are ever passed to or stored by the Extension. 5. Permissions Used

BlissVista requests the following Chrome permissions:

• storage — to save your preferences and seen photo list locally
• Host access to api.pexels.com — to fetch nature photographs
• Host access to extensionpay.com — to verify your payment status

No other permissions are requested. BlissVista does not access your tabs, browsing history, clipboard, or any website content.

6. Children's Privacy

BlissVista is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of BlissVista after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
